Douglas St acts as the bus exchange for downtown, with pretty much all of the routes that go downtown (most of the busses that provide service to the core municipalities go downtown) having stops on or just off Douglas
While it is great that there are bus lanes on Douglas south from Uptown to Herald St, the lack of bus lanes in Downtown Victoria means busses crawl along during peak hours.
Busses would keep the same clock face schedules throughout the day everyday of the week. About the only schedule variation I would consider is more late night service on Fridays and Saturdays (but I would still run some night busses every day of the week)
If I ran the public transport around here weekends would have the same level of service as weekdays off peak; none of the nonsense of worse service on Saturdays and Sundays (and Sundays having worse service than Saturdays).
Too many people drive
An awesome concert
At the King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard show in Vancouver
They are worth a listen - there is likely something you would like in their vast and varied discography
I am heading over to Vancouver to see King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard this evening
