As a therapy provider myself I am a pretty tough customer for therapists, so it's been over 5 years since I had one. Eventually/unfortunately I know it'll be worth the trouble again at some point.

If I wasn't using an old Chromebook that randomly dies a few times an evening, I'd totally post a picture of a Jerusalem Cricket every time someone posts that baby hippo, because I think those bugs are marginally less gross and more interesting than baby hippos. But such is not to be.

I've lost two homes to fire due to federally declared natural disasters. The waiting period/uncertainty of not knowing whether one can ever go home is something that I definitely don't miss.

Decades ago, other classmates were very disappointed that the undergrad psychopharmacology class we ended up in was the one semester that there was a visiting young upstart with an implausible name, rather than an old Haight Ashbury holdover. I was fine with it though!
