Calling art “content” is like calling your pets “meat.” It’s technically correct, I guess, but it’s real reductive and kinda gross.

Thank you! I feel the same way about “IP” and hate how people use it to refer to all kinds of “content” these days. Especially disappointing when I see people I otherwise respect use “IP” casually.

Agreed. It depersonalizes art and treats it like an artificial product you can just crank out on a whim. Eventually you find that the hustle to create "content" burns you out. I hate it.
