I don't think so, it's less extreme, but the language from Streeting is every bit as toxic. They have a transphobe problem in their ranks, it may not be as overt as the Tories, but it's a real problem

naive to think things will get better under labour. it’s clear Labour doesn’t think they’re transphobic (despite the words/actions of Streeting and Starmer). they’ll happily take Cass at her word and go “by-the-book” because they lack the imagination to do anything else. and the public will buy it.
