This is my steps for only 3 days this week. No workouts, only work and everyday life. My body shut down today and I have a fever and my muscles don't work 🫠 I haven't done a marathon before, but I can imagine that the feeling is exactly the same 🏃🏻‍♂️ #10ksteps

On week 4 now and the lunges killed me today, almost 100 meters with 32 kg.. But I can feel that I'm stronger than the first week, which makes the #workout so much better afterwards 🏋️
