I have an "instant mix chimichurri" in the cupboard that I've made. I'll try to translate it for you 🙂 2 T parsley 1 T oregano 1/2 T garlic pwd 1 t chili flakes 1 t salt 1/2 T lemon pepper Mix 2 T Chimichurri mix, enough oil to your liking (at least 150 ml). 1/2 T red wine vinegar. 30 min soak.

Just wanted to share it 🙂 It's not a proper chimichurri, but very close, being an instant dry mix you can fix in a minute. Flank steak salad, amazing 🤤
