the paper sucks for markers, but alas, idly doodling in the sketchbook is the most fun

yeahh................... that seems to be the trend here too, everyone always hiring on a temp basis...
I've heard there's mediums you can mix in inks to increase the flow, but not found anything satisfactory yet... if you know, I'm all ears.
I also really love glass pens, the line is just so exquisite somehow. And very asmr to work with. However, i've yet to find an ink that both flows nicely and is 100% waterproof so I can do watercolor on it.
if you want my genuine advice is to just buy a bunch of different ones and give them a go, just mess around for fun. You'll find your favorites that way.
Depends on the paper really, how fast it takes in the ink. On most toothed paper like this i prefer kuretakes but on smooth marker paper a multiliner is fine, the kuretake comes out too fast on that kind of paper.
