I feel like it is always fair game, on any topic, to judge someone by their investment portfolio and their corporate sponsorships, whether it’s the backlash when the Hugo Awards were sponsored by Raytheon or Pride festivals taking money from megacorps who also donate to right wing hate campaigns

I also want to point out that having such an extensive stock portfolio that you aren’t even paying attention to what’s in it, or the ethical implications thereof, is a classic Rich People Problem, and simply pressuring these institutions TO LOOK INTO IT AT ALL is a net societal good imo
