I wrote a whole piece about my RSD and creativity for @britfantasysoc.bsky.social@strangehorizons.bsky.social . At one point I could no longer write because I was so beaten down by negative reviews; shaking it off is not something I can do easily. Anyway, neurotypicals just don't understand.

I would love to read that; i’ll look for it. I don’t know what could really make me understand the Dysphorias without experience, other than knowing how high the suicide rates are. I think most people don’t even realize that, and of course they’re also underreported as causes.

When I read about RSD and how one feels actual physical pain in reaction to some emotional situations, it really hit home. It's difficult to know that other people don't have to deal with this while I have unknowing have had to deal with it all my life. It's exhausting
