What does wrapping do exactly for shelf life?

I certainly wouldn't call it irrational of unreasonable. But personally, I do very much believe that consequentialism applies here, since the choice is binary and will directly influence a pretty well-defined outcome. So I think voters who consider not voting on ethical grounds, should weigh that.

You say I'm fine with "non-white people being murdered", b/c I didn't agree that not voting for Harris would have positive long term effects (I believe it would make things much worse, since you have to take the counterfactual into account). How is that in any way a good faith argument on your part?

Is this the consequence of more people come over from Twitter? That discussion becomes pointless because of atrocious straw man arguments being made? Again, I very much am aware of the suffering of the Palestinian people and find what's happening terrible.

Ofc, it has effects. But you also always have to take the counterfactual in account, which is a Trump presidency. Which has far more devastating effects on policies Dems care about (whether it is rule of law and democratic values, climate change mitigation or sympathy for the Palestinian cause)

Uh, that is totally uncalled for. The suffering of the Palestinian people is atrocious. And a Trump presidency will make it much worse.

The longer-term effects of a Trump presidency are so much worse for any Democratically aligned voter, that it, imho, makes no sense not to vote for Harris. Whether you weigh the short or long term effects.

"Human-caused carbon dioxide emissions and other greenhouse gases are the primary drivers of climate change. As of 2022, global fossil fuel combustion and industrial processes account for approximately 90% of these emissions, whereas land-use change, primarily deforestation, accounts for approx 10%"
