this is the first sleepless night in a while, it's not at doctor levels. plus i dont like or trust sleeping pills. i can't afford to oversleep for work and i only have light to wake me up.

yeah the worst part is how much time they take up. im worthless but awake for a few hours when i first take them and then even though i can wake up im useless for hours in the morning as well
