Not quite, there's all kinds of distribution and and marketing deals tying everything up. Nothing stopping him from making an entirely new IP called something like "Insane Ian", "Angry Andy", or "Barely-Sane Billy" where a desert wanderer has adventures which are both thrilling and poignant though.
