What's the solidarity on the ground in Springfield look like? That's what seems to work in a lot of cases -- Billings and Whitefish have done it here in MT, Lewistown ME did -- Is there any way to reach out to folks who could stand in solidarity with their neighbors as an emergency measure?

I'm wondering what the school boards look like there. PTA? I can't imagine anyone's thrilled about being terrorized into keeping their kids home due to bomb threats.
