Glad to see our OntoGPT/SPIRES paper finally out in Bioinformatics! academic.oup.com/bioinformati.... Great work from Harry Caufield who led the study, and all the authors. SPIRES uses a schema and ontology driven approach to extract complex knowledge nuggets from text.
