Yeah I do feel like I should have at least one or 2 days in a week where I take it easy, because burnout is a real concern lol

Very true! Ive found it to be more beneficial to have my brain in paste mode for a day or 2 each week, even if its at the cost of some time bc I find post paste brain grem to be more efficient than wrinkly brain grem
