I believe!! And I also feel for others going thru the same mindset bc it’s so easy to fall into the trap of it But I believe, if I can shake it once, I can do it as many times as needed I have to believe it’ll get easier to forgive myself for health things

Before I got my diagnosis I was a lot more harsh on myself for missing streams due to needing to recover more or being in too much pain to do so I’ve gotten better since getting diagnosed, but I still feel the same depressive feeling sometimes. Like I’m letting people down. Trying to get better ❤️‍🩹

I’m glad I’m starting to see so many people I followed over on Twitter, I hope for you better success than what you found over there!! Everyone here is amazing, I hope it stays like this.
