PSA for writers who inflict scripts like this on artists and letterers, and the editors who don’t tell them to cut it out;
At least the artist left him space to work.
*nods* I talked to someone once who, as part of her job, had to cut down the amount of comic dialog delivered while falling off something or flying through the air.
(Obviously this is not a hard and fast thing and there are gonna be situations where it’s appropriate to be verbose, but it’s not a bad thing to hold in the back of your head when you’re writing a script)

This is neat. I feel like letterer is one of those jobs where your instinct is to think "it's just putting words in text bubbles, anyone can do that," but there's obviously a huge rabbit hole of complexity and artistry that you wouldn't be aware of
