Screenshot of text: I’m a disabled single mother living with uterine fibroids (non cancerous tumors) that cause excessive bleeding, pain and chronic fatigue. I also suffer from POTs that came on from Long Covid which also triggered uterine issues for me. I’ve been trying to get help for almost a year but doctors aren’t listening and just prescribe me birth control which don’t help much. I live in a small area with no resources to get more help and with a disabled child and no family so traveling is out of the picture. I’m struggling really badly but hoping that advocating for myself will eventually get me a hysterectomy though nobody seems to want to give a 30 year old one. I have my four kids and I to support. 2 are biological and 2 aren’t but I took on being their mother because their mom isn’t stable. It’s a long story but I’m doing it all by myself. All my spoons go to being a parent as well as a caregiver to my disabled child with no energy left to work with my exhausting symptoms
