Top tips please #QueerSTEM peeps! Idea put forward by an esteemed colleague and officer of the professional body "I think you should consider doing a PhD; have you thought about studying pandemic preparedness in ultrasound"? I'm passionate about the topic but feel a little dread at the prospect!

It's always great to hear suggestions from people, especially big ones as they bolster your confidence that you're able to do these things (as I'm sure you are)! But it's just that... a suggestion. Possibly even something they'd like _someone_ to research (just not themselves).
