Flour, water, salt, yeast by Ken Forkish is a great book on homemade artisinal breads with a large part of it dedicated to pizza and focaccia. It does more than give recipes it gives you an understanding of how to tweak your dough, why we add salt, how to build gluten, the effect of hydration etc.
