BUT it was well done & I can't fault acting, effects, action. My fave bit from the Snyder movies is still Flash sneaking up on Superman in both JL cuts. Hey, maybe ripple effects from time-travel created the Snyder cut! And wasn't the general J'onn J'onnz? Maybe he can step up for once.
Keaton was shoehorned into it, as much as I love Michael Keaton (great in FOUNDER, S-MAN HOMECOMING, DOPESICK, recently). Beard stuff was just silly, there's no more crime in Gotham? It's not an arc to join one final battle. Multiverse also seemed pointless - so time-travel changes actors now.
I finally watched THE FLASH movie while I was organizing yesterday, since it popped up on Netflix and that works well w/the spare laptop. I thought it was ... fine? ... but superfluous. Just set-pieces. I wasn't feeling the drama with the mom, to me that's a fairly recent addition to the mythos. 1/2
Everyone's talking about the fact-check(s) in the VP debate. I agree, Vance did come off as petulant, & fact-free as always. But I think there might be an underlying possibility of CBS being annoyed that Trump bailed on 60 Minutes over the same thing. Also, the immigrant smear is dangerous, no lie.
