oh man if that's the meta i'd rather just write tweets onto parchment paper, put them in a glass bottle then throw it into the ocean. probably a better chance of visibility

I basically don't see this as a twitter replacement as a result - it's a place where a bunch of my friends post stuff and I have feeds set up to see what they're up to - I still use twitter for discovery of stuff related to my interests if I'm in that mood
