Definitely being a woman. Since women have been historically conditioned to be people-pleasers and are called bitches when we speak our mind, I feel women sometimes swing too far the other way and discard tact and courtesy in the name of feminism.

That’s a great point, too. Actually something similar can happen with Black and brown folks in predominantly white workplaces. Most of us have to mask and abide, but some are bold enough to show up unapologetic and big. It’s a beautiful thing until we lose the plot lol.
