I started my transition at 40, already quite bald, so I know some people won't ever consider me pretty. But a) fuck 'em if they can't see it, b) *I* can see it, which is far more important, and c) I only think about killing myself about 10% as much as I used to, which is even more important still.

I'm kind of awestruck by how hot you are on a regular basis so I really don't get anyone who doesn't see it. But that's me.

I’m a cis het dfab and I’ve never considered me pretty. And I’ve got some deep self-hate from people in my life who reinforced that (boys/men who destroyed my young self with a few ugly words). Doesn’t mean I’m not happy OR loved 🥰
