made a pot of tea (masala chai), changed the comforter back to winter configuration (added the other half), started watching shougun again. between that and no longer feeling pressured to do any work today, i already feel a little better

and by 'started watching' i mean i started scrubbing through the second episode to try and remember what happened then accidentally ended up watching half of it again. next is an actual new episode
