Oh. No. I think this is actually right. Not on the Mickey Mouse part, but on the unenforcability of constitutional requirements for the Presidency. If Am. 14(3) can't be enforced, then what principle stops, say Obama from serving a 3rd term? Why would Am. 22 be more enforceable than Am. 14?
