Oh my gosh! Lucky you, you get to find out about it! Chili crisp is fried chili peppers in oil, usually with other seasonings. It goes well on juuuust about everything—avocado toast, stir fry, ice cream… If you like heat, you’ll love chili crisp. I keep a big jar of Lao Gan Ma in my cabinet.

Ohhhh I was just looking at Stede’s orange marmalade mostly because I was looking up all the glitter teas.

It is just a lovely, perfect little tea.
