Lastly, he can not communicate with humans well, meaning he can’t talk to them but he can do charades to help, Koji Koda is so far the only one who can communicate with Ataoka. Possibly Principle Nezu and other anthropomorphic quirk holders can but Ataoka doesn’t give them the chance.
This is all I have come up with on my little MHA OC. Honestly, I am very happy with him and his background. I am most likely gonna keep him just having three quirks or I might change. But his main quirk is the Chomping Quirk.
When he uses his chomp quirk it literally tears the side of his mouth, dislocating and giving him a wide grin, hence why he is called Ataoka by his torturers. In addition because his original body isn’t obviously compatible the quirk he can bleed profusely and leaves ugly scars on his cheeks.
His last known quirk is his most devastating as it injuries his face when he uses it. It’s a chomping quirk. His mouth rips and expands revealing sharp jagged teeth, he has the jaw power to bite through almost anything. He can easily bite through rock but has difficulty with some metals.
As mention, Ataoka has multiple quirks stored in him by the time of his rescue. The first known quirk is camouflage, however it only works at night and in darken areas as it gives him a slight shimmer in daylight. His second allows him to jump from high vantage points and land safely.
He at first bounced between hero agencies when he realized horrible corruption and greed, so now he is doing vigilante work in the dark of the night. Living two lives after not even having a life.
Ataoka and several other animals were saved at the very last moment. When Ataoka was found he was in a cage that was too small for him with old and new blood surrounding his cage. He cried for the first time since his hell began.
