1. This is very-much about righting a wrong. We can argue about salaries at the top level - whether Heather Knight deserves to be paid the same as Ben Stokes - but the previous situation, where there was a minimum wage which simply didn't apply to the women, was shocking and 100% wrong.

2. Without knowing how many men and women are actually on the 'minimum', particularly at 'Senior Pro' level, this is a bit meaningless. If a county as 1 man on the minimum and 10 women, that's not really fixed anything much.
