I understand lawyers cant write briefs at the speed of twitter, the DOJ has to dot the i’s cross the t’s, they cant just summarily arrest people but I’m like, do they have anyone in the office who can read the news? They summarily arrest protesters (provided they’re left wing in the vaguest sense of the word)? Hell, in some states they‘ve made it „legal“ to run down protestors with your car if they block the road! How do rich white guys get away with absolutely everything with no consequences at all? Maddening.
