A perfectly blue-screened scene in the Japanese horror-comedy HOUSE where the character Fantasy (so named because of her constant daydreaming) attempts to retrieve a chilled watermelon from a well, only to find it replaced with her friend Mac's head (Mac so nicknamed because she's always hungry, thus "stoMACh". it's a crazy stretch) anyway the head starts flying around and bites Fantasy on her lil butt.

Sanjuro (1962) dir. Akira Kurosawa #53

The final scene from Sanjuro, wherein a samurai challenges our protagonist to a duel and gets what's coming to him. Due to an error with the blood pack, it sprayed out like a fire hose, nearly knocking the actor off his feet. A geyser of blood errupts from within the man's clothes as his sword slashes empty air.
