Crosswalk request: "This is an intersection right across from a busy school … I never feel safe (and hate seeing moms having to run with/hurry their children even when they have the right of way)." Two crosswalks marked at Council and Westmoreland in Koreatown.

On Saturday LA hustled out its crews for the important work of… removing crosswalks kids use to get to school. They made sure not to fix the streetlight that's been broken for months so now it will be extra unsafe. Wow, LA, great job!

Following the recent death and destruction visited on families walking to school, we’ve focused on school-related requests. Traffic control on this one was hairy but we got it done: Two new crosswalks at 22nd & Union in University Park.
