Next is Kih's identical twin brother, Dechadai! He's a shithead but he's still her best friend aside from her wife. Decha runs a shop called The Devil's Brew in their hometown of Lockport--a coffee shop and bookstore by day that magically turns into a pub that sells illicit tomes and wares at night
