I have created a mute/block list for Lolicons. These are people that predominantly post pictures of small children. They may be lewd or not, however, the people who exclusively post this content most definitely share lewd material in back channels. See: bsky.app/profile/did:...

I wish you can have more people moderate a list. This is really helpful but unfortunately no list, esp managed by one person, can get every account it fits in it.
