Tbh for me I alternate between needing the blandest (white rice with nothing, bread + butter) or sweets, like chocolate chip cookies or smoothies that get my blood sugar up enough not to feel nauseous. Also drinking water/close to water beverages to stay hydrated (purple g2 for me)
One of the few foods I'll eat during a migraine is tapioca pudding, w the sugar and especially the vanilla toned down
