I wish we could just put a group of morally outstanding students in an island and leave to independently rediscover all the scientific works from questionable sources, so we can safely ban their old works for good

There's no need to ban old work. There is need, though to encourage students from all backgrounds to behave properly to one another, and to NOT put rich white guys above all others.
