Happy birthday, @lemurcat.bsky.social! She often draws me presents for my birthday, so this year I decided to return the favor. Since we're both fans of Lower Decks, I decided to do a scene where our sonas are being checked out by Tendi and T'Ana.

Four people drawn in the Lower Decks style are in the sickbay of the USS Cerritos. On the left D'vana Tendi, a female Orion Starfleet sciences division junior officer with light green skin and dark green hair styled into an undercut, holds a tricorder up towards the squid on Cthonyxa's head. Cthonyxa presents as a command division ensign with purple lipstick that matches the color of her undercut. She raises her hands to bat away the offending item, while she and the squid glare at the Lieutenant with matching annoyance. Next to her engineering division junior officer Lemurcat, a black-and-white ring-tailed lemur anthro with green eyes, sits on a biobed and looks down at chief medical officer T'ana with a smile. T'ana, looking frazzled as usual, has one hand in her coat and the other pointing up at Lemurcat. The Cthonyxa signature is in the lower left.
