Ugh, I literally work in HE admissions, and I do not look at this stuff. I mean the system here is different to US (so far as I can tell) and very grade-focused, but even if you're going into healthcare professions it doesn't need to take over your life.

There's also tons of very good state schools that will open up a lot of opportunities beyond what ivy schools can. They want to see you have a diverse set of activities but you don't have to be the best at them.
