I knew before clicking that he was white. Because we just saw what happened to the innocent man who wasn’t.
The first thing I did when I saw the headline was do a search to see what colour his skin was.
This was a very creative and unusual legal maneuver. Success is tbd. But I do wish Missouri legislators would have come up with it.
