The seaside! I thought. No light pollution over the sea! Ideal Cometry conditions! Turns out there still was a bit of light pollution... (Also, my phone camera does not have a fancy night mode, but it does its best, even if that means capturing uncanny portals to ethereal dimensions.)

An almost full moon over the sea. There's a bright reflection of the moon on the water, and a gradient of the sky from pale grey-blue at the horizon to a black above the moon. There's a line of dramatically lit clouds a bit over the horizon, and over the moon there's a wide fuzzy red horizontal line. Possibly an artifact introduced by a camera struggling with too strong contrasts. Possibly an UFO.
