I assume just being dumber than a sack of doorknobs has a similar effect as one ages. Who knows WHY he's so fucked up? He's just really, really fucked up.
From his DNA, I'm assuming. And his disconnecting to reality. Too much make-up to himself and lifestyles. Yes. He's totally f up beyond repairs.
