some of the thinking i did during my few weeks away was that i do actually kinda regret being so vitriolic to people on here, not because it's like 'bad' or anything, but because it was just so, so unhealthy for me to do, for as long as i was doing it.

words on the computer dont matter, they can't actually hurt you. but the energy i was putting into doing it was only hurting me, and only draining me.
