I had a problem and asked their Twitter support people. They said use this link www.amazon.com/hz/contact-us/ and select 'something else'. Got there quite quickly.
Ah just realised that won't work for UK. But I do find in general that Twitter customer service reps for any org are good at directing one to the right place.
It was about amazon.com charging Vat on books. I got a refund but why should I have to ask?
