Have you played Fallout76? Have you looked at the lore? It depends on what you consider "a good game", but it has a well written and cohesive lore, the quests are fun and in game too

Imo, Starfield was a commissioned game made without love. The entirely of the Nuka World update seems to have more affection for a game than Starfield.
