Under Webtoon's new content rating system, every one of these categories needs a 0 to get an "all ages" rating. If bullying is "mildly explored" in a story, it's rated "Young Adult" If bullying is merely mentioned a couple of times, the rating is lowered to "Teen"
One of the reasons I essentially abandoned the comic I was posting on there is the absolute BS content rating system, even though I set mine to a mature rating a lot of the things I'd love to explore in comic are just fully against TOS. Can't have even partial nudity??? Can't even show a tiddy smh

Just makes me think how my comic would be rated based on this criteria. I got flagged in an art sharing site because a comic contained a drunk character, resulting in the rating changed to "Mature" by the mods
