When I was writing Aquaman, we were told that as long as his costume was orange and green, Paul Norris got creator royalties. So we made it orange and green, because Paul Norris.

Also George Perez drawing all out action in the Mighty Marvel Manner. And that’s not to denigrate DC or Marvel. They both make great comics.
