That's the thing. This season we've dropped off the edge of a cliff playing wise. Such a dramatic difference in the team and it ain't down to 2 players.
Maybe Spurs are just a helluva lot better than us?
I really want to know what happened with Rob Holding. We've seen it loads of times over the years at clubs and it's never a good thing. Has it affected the relationship between OG & the squad? There's more to all this than meets the eye.
Think Guehi has been fine, he's just not a leader. The other two have been very hit and miss. It's time for someone to step up and become the leader this squad needs, before it is too late.
Feel exactly the same. The drop off is too dramatic, as most of this squad know the system. Something is not right. The Rob Holding situation can't be doing anything to help. That's the trouble with bad starts you start to over analyse everything, but something must have happened.
Loved the HTP albums and tours.
You don't spend £20m on unfinished players. He's good enough, he just needs to keep fit and get minutes under his belt. I hope I'm not wrong, but I think he's gonna be good for us.
Don't think Guehi is doing anything wrong. When things aren't going your way players like Eze do look like a luxury, but the Board/Freedman and the manager should be under more scrutiny.
I foolishly had such high hopes for OG, but he's worrying me know. Not replacing MO & Joa with like for likes is on the board, but the managers failure to adapt, as it seems to me, has been disappointing. Square pegs in round holes never works. Fit the system to the players, not the other way round.
