I can only tell you that: think twice before you plan to work in Germany-VERY ESPECIALLY in the field of social work/services! Always have a plan b and c to a better job! And since the work termination laws are pretty strict and inflexible in Germany,have a good house physician...
I terminated my previous job,because the work team was utterly dysfunctional and the institution manager didn't do sh*t except shrugging/bugging off. Besides, because I am down again with Long-Covid, I did them a favour by terminating my employment within the legal term. Now they refuse to pay🤣🤣.
