Just finished my last bike ride of the month and results are PBs in everything by a big margin. Lots of progress shown in power and stamina, and 4 pounds lost. My big ride is in 2.5 weeks.

This is the segment in question, very steep. There was a sustained part over 10%. I have to go up it again in three weeks, and unlike yesterday I then immediately have to go up a much worse hill
