Does anyone know a lawyer I could talk to who would know things about ~public property? Basically, I want to find out if I can grab those unauthorized giant planter barricades people leave on the sidewalk. Like, is it considered trash?
I wish there was a simple phrase you can say to friends indicating you're "out of town for the week" but actually you're home playing video games, reading, going on bike rides, working on things, etc. e.g. "Oh no! I can't come, I'm hibernating till the 7th." And it would be normal and understood.
